Ingredients
Chicken breasts - 4
oil
salt
pepper
butter, stick - 3/4s
carrots - 5
mushrooms
frozen peas
frozen pastry - 2 boxes
egg
flour - 1/3 cup
chicken stock - 2 1/2 cups
cream - 1/2 cup
sherry - 2 shots
dijon mustard
Directions
Roast chicken at 350F
Sautée vegetables
Add flour and brown
Add stock + sherry
Add cream and peas and chicken
Raise oven to 400F
