Chicken pie

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts - 4

  • oil

  • salt

  • pepper

  • butter, stick - 3/4s

  • carrots - 5

  • mushrooms

  • frozen peas

  • frozen pastry - 2 boxes

  • egg

  • flour - 1/3 cup

  • chicken stock - 2 1/2 cups

  • cream - 1/2 cup

  • sherry - 2 shots

  • dijon mustard

Directions

Roast chicken at 350F

Sautée vegetables

Add flour and brown

Add stock + sherry

Add cream and peas and chicken

Raise oven to 400F
