Sausage Rolls - not just for children

A fresh sausage roll out of the oven - is there anything better?

Ingredients

• onion, chopped - 1

• vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

• sausage meat - 24oz (or 750 grams)

• eggs - 3

• puff pastry - 24 oz (or 750 grams)

Directions

• Heat oven to 400F

• Cook onions

• Combine with 2 eggs and meat

• Form rolls, cut into pieces

• Bake for 20 minutes
