Leek + Potato Soup, perfect first course dish

This leek + potato soup is enduringly popular and doubly handy, because my vegetarian friends can also enjoy it.
Ingredients
butter - 50g
onion, diced - 1
leeks, diced - 3
celery stalk - 1
garlic clove - 1
potatos - 200grams
chicken stock - 750 ml
cream - 100 ml
chives, chopped - 2 tbsps
glass of white wine
Directions
Cook onion, leeks, celery and garlic in butter, covered for 15 minutes until brown. Splash with white wine.
Add potatoes and stock, simmer for 20 minutes.
Puree in blender, serve with a splash of cream. Heat through.
