Ingredients
sweet Italian bangers - 6
flour - 1 cup
butter - 2 tbsps
eggs - 2
milk - 1 cup
salt
pepper
red chilli flakes
dijon mustard - 2 heaped tsps
rosemary, chopped - 2 heaped 2 tps
Directions
Heat oven to 425F
Whisk all other ingredients in a bowl
Cover and let sit for 30 minutes while bangers cook
Fry bangers until 80% done
Transfer mix into bangers
Cook until browned (30 minutes)
Serve with gravy
