Cauliflower Soup That Doesn't Suck

So this sounds terrible but actually it isn't. Try it out. It is restorative and surprisingly complex.

INGREDIENTS

Two large cauliflower

Three lugs of olive oil

Salt & Pepper

Three tablespoons of barbeque sauce (pick your favourite : one with a hint of spice is good)

Packet of good vegetable broth/stock

Heap tablespoon of Boursin cheese (use a heap teaspoon of cream instead if you must)

METHOD

Break the cauliflower into small heads and rub with the oil, salt, and pepper

Roast at 350F for 45 minutes

Add sauce and roast for another five minutes

Place in blender with broth/stock and purify

Add the Boursin and warm through, stirring to mix in the cheese fully into the soup.

Serve alone or with bread.
